The High Power Committee has suggested that students who have applied for the exams in the year 2020, which is the tenth class failure in the year 2018-2019, should be counted for 20 marks based on their previous ability.Recommended to give pass grade to students who do not attend internal assessment exams. The state government has decided to give grades to students on the basis of Formative Assessments (FAs) in the wake of the cancellation of Class X examinations due to the spread of corona virus. Final marks, based on the weightage given to the marks obtained in the internal examinations, will be assigned. Accordingly, the tenth class results will be released on the 7th of this monthWill do. No final exams were held for tenth grade students due to corona in the 2019-20 and 2020-21 academic years. However, the government felt that it would be better to assign marks, grades and grade points based on them, rather than pass.So in addition to this year, it has also decided to give grades and grade points to students from last year as well. Like last year’s evaluation
Although the final examinations for the students of the 2019-20 academic year have been canceled, three formative and one summative examinations have been conducted internally before. Three formative examinations were conducted at the rate of 50 marks each. Taking the average of these three exams .. 50 marks will be allotted in the final exams based on them. On the other hand, grades are determined by allocating the remaining 50 marks based on the marks obtained in a Summative Assessment (SA) conducted for 100 marks.
Like this year’s students
Only two formative examinations were conducted in schools during the 2020-21 academic year. That is why only them are considered and weightage is given to the marks obtained in them and final marks are allotted. 70% for slip test conducted as part of Formative Assessment ExaminationWeightage is given. The other three elements of the Formative Examination, namely student behavior, homework-classwork and project work, are given 30 per cent weightage. If any student writes the same FA test .. it will be considered.
Everyone is given a minimum pass mark. Those who have completed 10th class in the 2017, 2018 and 2019 academic years and failed some subjects. If they write the exams in the subsequent years, they will be assigned grades based on the marks in the FA written for the first time.
