Arogyasree Trust has issued notices to some network hospitals which have not yet discharged patients after completion of corona virus treatment. The trust has received complaints that attempts are being made to keep patients for 10 to 14 days despite the completion of treatment and to collect money from Arogyasree accounts. The notices were issued on the basis of complaints lodged by the Arogyasree Trust.

In fact the technical committee recommended that payments be made to hospitals on a daily treatment basis. Some changes have been made in Arogyasree as promised during the election. It is being implemented in West Godavari district as a pilot project in January this year. Now expanded to six more districts. In the past, the state treated only 1,059 diseases under the Arogyasree scheme
The government added another thousand total 2200 diseases. Modifications were made to the scheme in line with the issues identified during the implementation of the pilot project .. Procedures were formulated. The government has decided to implement the Arogyasree scheme in the remaining six districts of the state by November 14.
The AP government is ready to expand YSSAR Arogyasree services across the state. It is learned that the scheme is already being implemented in seven districts across the state. Recently, the scheme will be implemented in the remaining six districts. Today, the scheme will be implemented in Srikakulam, East Godavari, Krishna, Nellore, Chittoor and Anantapur districts.
Jagan will formally launch. However, an additional 234 diseases have been included in the Arogyasree scheme which is already applicable to 2,200 diseases. With this, Arogyasree will be applicable to a total of 2,434 diseases. Medical expenses at the hospital are Rs. Exceeding 1000 will be borne by the entire government
